MJS Medical - Our Company History

Matt Scott, Managing Director, started his medical career in The Royal Army Medical Corps, in which he served for 8 years, during which he gained vast amounts of experience from Primary Healthcare in the UK and Germany to battlefield medicine worldwide.

After leaving the Army, Matt continued to work in Afghanistan, Iraq and the UK providing acute medical care and instructing a wide range of medical courses to a variety of students from schoolchildren to adult security personnel. Matt then went on to work for NHS as a community paramedic dealing with both 999 and non-emergency callouts.

Karl Grindal-Operations Director, served in The Royal Horse Artillery, serving all over the world including Kosovo and Iraq in a ten year military career. After leaving the Army Karl continued to work in Iraq within the private security sector and then became Operations director of MJS Medical Ltd in 2006.

MJS Medical Ltd was formed in 2006, filling the gap in the market for a professional medical company which takes pride in all aspects of their work. In this increasingly safety-conscious society, appropriate medical cover has never been more important at events of all sizes, but very few companies can truly claim to be offering the best possible medical support to your event/activity. Matt and Karl aim to make the name MJS Medical Ltd synonymous with quality, affordable event medical support provided in a professional manner.
