Event Planning from MJS Medical

From the beginning of planning your event, an MJS Medical Ltd representative will be available to carryout an On-site Medical Risk Assessment to determine the level of recommended medical cover.
They will provide a comprehensive service including:

• If required, liaison with the Public Liability Insurance provider to insure that all minimum requirements are met to validate the insurance.
• Liaison with the local county Ambulance service to arrange exchange points and access/egress points if necessary.
• A review of the site including ambulance/medical personnel location points to ensure the best cover.
• Identification of contingency treatment areas in the case of emergency
• A post event report detailing numbers of casualties and a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the cover provided.
